Our first Salon brought together leaders, founders, creatives, and professionals for an afternoon of meaningful conversation, fresh perspectives, and genuine connection.
What started as an idea became something much more.
There was curiosity, laughter, support, new friendships,
and unexpected conversations.
Most of all, there was a real sense of connection in the room.
Thank you to everyone who helped make our first Salon such a special beginning.
We didn’t create Salon because we see ourselves as “experts”.
We created it because we are in this process ourselves.
We are passionate about human growth, inspired by leaders and their ideas,
and equally interested in creating space where people can inspire one another.
Salon is a space for people who are curious about leadership, connection,
creativity, and how we can live and work in more meaningful ways.
That feels more current, while still sounding like the original.

Kate Padget-Koh is a global fashion and supply chain strategist with over 30 years of experience at brands including PUMA, PVH and Li & Fung.
As Founder of Fashionable Futures and creator of the Sovereign Scale™ Method, she helps ambitious fashion and sportswear founders turn operations into a competitive advantage, building the architecture that allows brands to scale without losing what made them worth building. Alongside her advisory work, Kate is a fine artist who believes creativity is essential to thoughtful leadership, meaningful transformation, and the way we imagine what comes next.
